This session marks the end of one crazy busy week! But I loved every minute of it. I’m so sorry this sneak peek took so long guys…I am so far behind!

This family was a dream. Mom and dad both had ideas in mind and I absolutley love it when the clients get in on the planning of the session! Aside from a major attack of Japanese Beetles at one location, this was a perfect evening. (ps…I found one of those Japanese Beetles in my SHIRT on the way home! ICK!)

These two are the incredibly gorgeous parents of the two adorable boys in this session. Such a sweet couple.

I just love getting these shots.

Part of the session took place at great grandma’s farm so we had to get her in a few pictures. It is so sweet how this little guy loves his great granny…too adorable.

Whew! These girls have some energy! Props to mom and dad for keeping up with them on a daily basis :) . But these are two of the most adorable and gorgeous girls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have to put a disclaimer in here and say that I know I’m being a bad photog blogger and posting a ton of pictures, but this session was so fun, I just can’t help myself!

We started out the session with some fun, friendly leaf throwing fights.

And then we tried to sit down for a family picture…she wasn’t up for that…but I love this shot!

Then we had to take a minute to freshen up. Mom is mainly a fan of color photos, but black and whites just have a special place in my heart, and these screamed out to me to be black and whites…but don’t worry mom, I have the color versions just for you :) .

I had so much fun with this family on Monday! Mom and dad were excellent sports wrestling with the girls on the somewhat still damp ground, and these girls had me laughing the whole time. Can’t wait to show you your gallery!

If you give Stacy a family…I will ask you to hug. (can you tell we’ve been reading the ‘If You Give a Mouse a Cookie…” books around here?). But really, I will ask you to hug. I will ask you to give each other a big squishy invade everyone’s personal bubble space hug. It is worth your while not to fight me, and just do it. Because I am relentless :) . Plus, it gives me great laughs like these…

Tis the season…for family photos :) . My camera has been very busy this week! Hence all the blogging…is that how you spell hence? or is it hense? I’m sticking with hence.

Anyway…I got to hang out with this lovely family Saturday afternoon. I photographed the littlest member some months ago for his newborn pictures and I can’t believe how much he’s grown! I love to see my little newborns when they start getting some more personality. And he is one lucky little guy with these two big brothers. They love him so much and are so good with him…lucky mama with 3 amazing boys :) .

I don’t even have the words for this session. This sweet family met me early Saturday morning on a perfect crisp clear autumn morning. Big Brother N jumped out of the car, grabbed his bike and was off. A completely happy ball of energy! So we went off exploring…turns out he loves tractors, especially grandpa’s. We had a blast running all over and checking out all the nooks and crannies of this location. Poor Little Brother E was such a good sport. At only 4 months old he was bundled up tight and took a lot of trips back to the car to warm up, but so glad we got him out to play! I think this might be one of my favorite sessions of the year. The colors, the gorgeous boys…I just had a great time. I had a really hard time not just showing every image from this session…

Here’s Little Brother all bundled up and cozy…

People, what is going on lately! 40 degrees in mid October?! This is insanity! This little angel was so good for us on Friday. We were all freezing, but with lots of breaks for warming up in the car…we worked it out. Little B has some of the most piercing blue eyes I’ve ever seen in my life! Totally gorgeous. But take a look at her mommy and daddy and you’ll see where she gets it from :) . Thanks for freezing it out with me guys! You did amazing!

On another note…there’s still time to get your fall pictures done! The colors are absolutley gorgeous now and it does look like we’ll be warming up just a bit in the next weeks. But my available slots are narrowing down every day, so shoot me an email (stacy@anastasiamariephotography.com) or give me a call if you want a session done this year.

And now on to the beautiful family.

I had the great pleasure of toughing out some chilly conditions with this fabulous family last week. Not only was it chilly, but these guys have only been in the midwest for about a year and a half…before that…California. Yeah, they were cold. But they were troopers and stuck it out with me! One of their boys was worried about frost bite :) …just wait little guy…it gets much worse :)

These guys had the pleasure of kicking off my week long session marathon! So check back every couple of days…lots and lots of posts in this bloggy’s future! In the mean time…enjoy your sneaky peek!

PS ~ I know I’m a bad blogger…there are TONS of pictures in this post…but I just couldn’t decide!

Ok really…its this cold already?! I’m not digging the cold as much this year as I usually do. So this past weekend Justin and I headed out to Champaign for the U of I homecoming game. See, there we are having a blast tailgating! (babe, we’re moving to California k?)

 DSCF4265

And since we were in Champaign already, Sunday morning we met up with this beautiful couple for their engagement pictures. I’ll be shooting their wedding next year and once I saw the ceremony site, I was in love. I can’t wait for your wedding! Lauren & Jason both graduated from U of I, so we had to get this shot. PS – it was FREEZING Sunday! Poor Lauren toughed it out though…they’re troopers!
